Opening Ceremony – CHOGM 2013, Nelum pokuna, Sri Lanka.

The  Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2013 began in Colombo, Sri Lanka this morning (Nov. 15). Heads of Government and other officials from the Commonwealth member states attended (numbering to up to 3,500 delegates). The meeting had a theme of “Growth with Equity: Inclusive Development” .
