DFCC Bank the pioneer development bank of Asia and its retail banking arm DFCC Vardhana Bank (DVB), two of Sri Lanka’s leading banks opened its Hambantota branch at No. 21, Jail Street, Hambantota today (14th August 2013). The move strengthens the bank’s branch network and presence in the fast developing Southern Province of the country. The new branch was opened by Hon. Chamal Rajapaksa, Speaker of the Parliament of Sri Lanka, Mr. Nihal Fonseka, CEO, DFCC Bank and Mr. Achintha Hewanayake, COO, DFCC Vardhana Bank.
